If you try to download your recording file and receive the following error, keep reading:
This file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt.
When you finish your hearing, you must click "End Call" on the Hearing Dashboard to end the call and disconnect the Recording Bot. If you did not do so, you either can log back in and click "End Call" or try downloading the file after four hours have elapsed from when you started the recording.
