When someone wants to participate in a hearing telephonically, the participant registers online with CourtSolutions. The court then receives a participation request email from CourtSolutions, with a link to either approve or deny the request. Click either “Approve” or “Deny” in the email. That’s all you have to do. We'll notify the participant of your response. You can approve or deny requests at any time.
If you click "Deny" in the email, you can select one of our pre-populated denial reasons, or include any text you want. The message is then sent to the participant requesting to appear in your court.
If you change your mind or make a mistake, don’t worry. You can always make changes (e.g., change approvals to denials, or denials to approvals) on your home page at any time.
