You do not need to actually approve each participation request. We provide you with four options to make logistics easier to manage.
Auto-Approve All Reservations
- Every reservation request is automatically approved
- Chambers does not receive emails with each reservation request
- Chambers can log in to CourtSolutions to reject any individual auto-approved request
Auto-Approve "Listen Only" Reservations
- Every "Listen Only" reservation request is automatically approved
- Chambers does not receive emails with each "Listen Only" reservation request
- Chambers can log in to CourtSolutions to reject any automatically approved "Listen Only" request
- Chambers receives emails for each "Live" reservation request, which requires Chamber's approval
Auto-Approve Select Cases
- For any case number(s) you provide to us, every reservation request for that case is automatically approved
- Chambers does not receive emails for reservation requests for your designated case
- Chambers can log in to CourtSolutions to reject any automatically approved request
- Can be combined with "Auto-Approve Listen Only Reservations" feature
Chambers Approves Everything (default option)
- Chambers receives an email for each reservation request and must approve each individual reservation
