Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know whether a participant is dialing in from a landline or a cell phone.
If you have a rule regarding cell phones (or anything else), we can require participants to certify that they are or will be in compliance with your specified rules.
In the event that any line is disruptive for any reason, you can instantly mute or disconnect the line by clicking the Mute or Disconnect button in that user’s card on the Hearing Dashboard.
