To make phone calls through CourtSolutions, you will need: A phone and, if at all possible, a good internet connection, and a computer/tablet with an up-to-date browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer).
To unmute/mute and raise/lower your hand, you will need to access the Hearing Dashboard (this is done through your computer or tablet). To gain access to the Hearing Dashboard, you will need to log in to the website (www.Court-Solutions.com) with your user name (email address) and your password.
Judges do not need to have a computer or tablet at the time of the hearing. However, without one they will not be able to benefit from the controls and information available in the CourtSolutions' Hearing Dashboard, or access documents loaded onto the Document Dashboard.
